User Agreement

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of a registered TripForge account (“Account”). By creating or using an Account, you agree to this Agreement, as well as TripForge’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Affiliate Disclosure. This Agreement applies to your use of TripForge trip planning, EventForge event itineraries, ForgePrint travel profiles, and any user-generated or geo-tagged content features we make available (collectively, the “Services”).

1) Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an Account.
• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2) Account Features

A TripForge Account may enable you to:

• Save and retrieve AI-generated itineraries and event plans (“Trips” and “Events”).
• Create and manage one or more long-term travel preference profiles (such as ForgePrint), including your typical budgets, travel pace, dietary and accessibility preferences, and other “Travel DNA” settings.
• Access personalized recommendations and prefilled forms across devices.
• Where enabled, upload, tag, and manage photos or other user-generated content (including geo-tagged content associated with places, trips, or events).
• Share Trips, Events, or other content via a public or unlisted link (if desired).

3) User Responsibilities

• You will not use your Account for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You will not submit harmful, misleading, or malicious content.
• You will not upload or share User Content (including photos or videos) that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploits or endangers children, or otherwise violates our Terms of Use or applicable law.
• You will not upload photos or other content that reveal another person’s personal information, likeness, or location in a way that violates their privacy rights or was captured in violation of venue rules or applicable law.
• You acknowledge that AI-generated Trips and Events may contain inaccuracies and must be independently verified before you make travel or booking decisions.

4) Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of your Trips, Events, ForgePrint profiles, and other content you save or upload through your Account (collectively, “User Content”). By saving or sharing User Content, you grant TripForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt (for technical and formatting reasons), and display this content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services, to personalize recommendations for you, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to share Trips, Events, or other User Content (including photos or reviews) publicly or via a shareable link, anyone with access to that link or public area of the Services may view the shared content. You are responsible for managing how and with whom you share.

5) Account Deletion

Currently, account deletion is not self-service. To request deletion of your Account or associated User Content (including Trips, Events, ForgePrint profiles, and any user-uploaded photos or geo-tagged content), contact us at support@tripforgeai.com. After verifying your identity, we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations and the technical limitations described in our Privacy Policy.

6) Suspension and Termination

TripForge may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Use, or if we believe your use poses a risk to TripForge, our users, or third parties. You may request account deletion at any time as described above.

7) Disclaimer

TripForge Accounts and related features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee permanent or error-free storage of Trips, Events, ForgePrint data, or other User Content and are not liable for losses related to travel bookings, reliance on AI suggestions, or deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content.

8) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Use, including any arbitration or dispute resolution provisions contained therein.

9) Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you by email or in-product notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of your Account after the updated Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
